This site is published by SOC TRADE BULGARIA EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria under number ЕИК 208209146, with its registered office at 64A ul. Maragidik, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria.

Bulgarcamo is a trading name of that company. Publication director: the company manager.

Some technical data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

03 — Data collected

What data is collected

We only collect what you send us voluntarily: through the contact form, your name, email address and the content of your message; through the journal sign-up, your email address alone.

This site uses no analytics and no advertising tracking scripts. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot service may set a technical cookie strictly necessary to protect the form, which is exempt from consent.

Processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (bot protection), Resend, Inc. (email delivery).

04 — Purpose

Why this data is collected

Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry, or to send you the seasonal journal if you subscribed. It is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or subscribe to the journal (GDPR article 6.1.a).

Data is kept for twelve months from your enquiry, then deleted. For the journal, until you unsubscribe.
